Membership of IFR
The IFR is one of the world’s leading international organizations in the field of robotics, founded in 1987, bringing together robotics industry leaders, national associations, research institutes, and technology organizations from around the globe.
The main mission of IFR is to:
- promote robotics and automation worldwide;
- strengthen international collaboration;
- support technological innovation;
- increase public awareness of robotics technologies;
- highlight the positive impact of robotics on society.
Joining the IFR represents an important milestone for the Georgian Robotics Association and for the development of Georgia’s robotics ecosystem. This membership will strengthen international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and create new opportunities for Georgian engineers, students, researchers, startups, and the wider technology community.
