A full member may be a professional, researcher, mentor, or innovator in robotics, engineering, technology, programming, STEM, or related fields who is interested in participating in GRA projects and contributing to the development of the technology ecosystem.

Full membership is intended for individuals who want to actively engage in the activities of the Georgian Robotics Association. Full members participate in the association’s initiatives and contribute to the achievement of its goals through active involvement in decision-making processes during general meetings.

Membership is free until September 2026. Members will be notified in advance before any symbolic membership donation fee is introduced.

Members are free to leave the association at any time. To do so, it is sufficient to submit a written request via email (Info@gra.ge) to the Association Director.

Through the association’s projects and opportunities, full members can:

• Share their experience, knowledge, and practical skills with the community;
• Participate in GRA projects, events, and technology initiatives;
• Support the association through event organization and volunteer activities when possible;
• Receive regularly updated information about robotics, STEM, and modern technologies

Present and promote their own work, projects, and technology initiatives;

• Gain and share knowledge, develop professional skills, and improve their qualifications;
• Build professional connections with industry representatives, partners, and organizations;
• Strengthen their professional profile and increase career opportunities;
• Support GRA’s mission and the development of the technology ecosystem in Georgia;
• Participate in internal association initiatives and membership activities

An associate member may be any individual - including representatives of businesses, public or non-governmental sectors, students, school pupils, or technology enthusiasts who is interested in robotics, technology, STEM, and innovation and wants to become part of the GRA community.

Associate members participate in the association’s activities, support its goals through their involvement, benefit from special membership opportunities, and collaborate with other members of the community.

Associate members do not have the right to participate in the management or decision-making processes of the association, nor the right to use the association’s brand, name, or resources without appropriate permission.

Yes. Associate members may apply for full membership in the future if they actively participate in the association’s activities, projects, events, or technology initiatives.

Anyone can become a volunteer - including students, school pupils, professionals, or technology enthusiasts who want to get involved in technology activities and gain practical experience.

Volunteers may participate in event organization, technical support, media and content creation, guest coordination, organizational processes, and various technology activities.

There are several types of volunteering opportunities, including event-based volunteering, long-term volunteering, and mentorship.

Volunteer activities are generally unpaid; however, participants gain practical experience, professional connections, and opportunities to get involved in various projects. Active GRA volunteers may also receive certificates, access to association benefits, and the opportunity to become associate or full members of GRA in the future, allowing them to engage more deeply in the association’s activities.

A GRA mentor may be a student, practitioner, enthusiast, or professional with experience in robotics, programming, engineering, AI, electronics, STEM, or other technology-related fields who is willing to share their knowledge and experience.

Members of the association’s mentorship network support school and university teams, championship participants, and young innovators through various projects and initiatives in technical, practical, and educational areas.

The Georgian Robotics Association collaborates with schools, universities, colleges, and educational centers to support the development of STEM education, robotics, and technology-related fields.

Collaboration activities may include joint STEM and robotics programs, the development of technology clubs and laboratories, the organization of championships, workshops, and hackathons, as well as the involvement of students and school pupils in GRA activities.

Educational institutions may become GRA institutional partners or association members and participate in joint projects, championships, technology events, and educational initiatives.

Partner institutions may also appoint their own Ambassadors, who will support active communication between GRA and the educational institution, encourage student involvement, and help coordinate various programs and activities.

The Georgian Robotics Association collaborates with companies, startups, educational institutions, technology organizations, and various partner organizations. Organizations can become:

• GRA members: participate in the association’s community, initiatives, and technology projects.

• Sponsors : support championships, events, programs, and the development of the technology ecosystem.
